The Manchester College came into existence on 1st August 2008, following the merger of City College Manchester and Manchester College of Arts and Technology (MANCAT).

The needs of the learner are the focus of The Manchester College, which provides excellence in learning and training for the residents of Manchester and beyond. We offer an unprecedented range of courses, with clear choices and guidance for all our students.

The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city: from Moston and Harpurhey in the North to Wythenshawe and West Didsbury in the South, as well as several locations in the city centre. Each site has its own specialist, cutting edge facilities and resources within a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

The college is ideally placed to offer a huge range of opportunities for students and learners of all ages.

We welcome applications from anyone with a real enthusiasm to learn and succeed. We offer support to help with various aspects of the learning process, and to help all students overcome any barriers to learning that they face.

Please tell us how we can best help you to succeed at The Manchester College when you enrol.
